I'm very proud to say that I do at least a few of these things. I have a Toyota Corolla which gets about 300+ miles on a full tank so that's pretty fuel-efficient.

We just bought our first fridgerator, we are buying a new home, and it has a Energy Star and will cost about $5 dollars a month to run.

Most of the time we eat chicken and I've been having at least 3 non-meat meals a week.

Since we are moving we are RE-USING our boxes from last year!

After our light bulbs go out in our new home, they already have the bulbs placed, we are planning to use fluorescent ones.

I also try not to go over the speed limit when driving even if I do have a bunch of angry drivers behind me.

Carpooling for me would be pretty hard but my husband is carpooling with his friend, and room-mate, after we move.

Although I could be doing more I think every little bit counts. :)
