		<description>Well, I know one person who is allergic to soy, and so there are cases where you should refrain. Still, it&#039;s healthier than meat imo. Moderation is key to any food product though, that whole estrogen deal is based on large consumption. During pregnancy you should eat soy less too because it can cause issues in boy babies.</description>
