Tree Hugging Family - Week In Review
Have you been keeping up with Tree Hugging Family this week? Too busy to come get your daily fix of green? No worries, here’s a round up of what you may have missed.
First off the wildly popular contest post - why, well, who doesn’t love a good contest? The only thing better is 10 contests, which is exactly what you’ll find here.
Other great reads this week include:
25 Safe, Non-toxic, Homemade Cleaning Supplies
Organic Chocolate Easter Bunnies for Kids & Organic Cotton Veggies and Fruit for Infants (Peggy’s longest title known to man)
I asked everyone, “How many cleaning supplies are under your sink that your child could safely drink?”
Peggy tallied up the results of the Meatless Meals Poll Results
Greening Your Church - which was another very popular post this week
The Dangers of Home Cleaning Supplies
Mr. Yuk Video - one very drug induced commercial
One Small Step: Eat One Meatless Meal - with a great recipe included
We learned about the Greenwashing Index
Take Your Own Bag to the Shopping Mall Too
Soy Crayon Rocks - which, not to sound like a pun, rock
Homemade Organic Cleansing Creams
We hugged the hippies of the rainforest - the Bonobo
We had a lively conversation about homeschooling being possibly illegal
Stick around for the upcoming week - because it won’t be the same without you, and don’t forget to subscribe by RSS so you don’t miss a post. You can also subscribe to our blog by email - there’s a little form in our sidebar.

That’s cool, those long titles bust me up. Of course I doubt anyone types, “Organic Chocolate Easter Bunnies for Kids & Organic Cotton Veggies and Fruit for Infants” into a search, but I for one feel better knowing that just in case, we’re covered ;)
