I love this site! The nut balls turned out great, also good with ranch! As soon as a saw "Cedar likes his with organic ketchup" I thought great! Someone else out there likes to be unique too. My children are named Thorne and Rowen (it's a tree!) Deffinitly my kind of place!

That's great. Tofu is fun. My favorite way to make it is to steep it in salsa for a day, than toss it with brown rice and veggies in a tortilla - then you don't get that mushy texture issue.

Perfect timing! I just bought tofu for the first time and was wondering how to prepare it. Looking forward to the Tofu-Nut Balls!
