DramaMama, I understand the difficulties. You almost have to change your way of thinking to go meatless very often. Many people are used to thinking of meals as incomplete if there&#039;s no meat. If you experiment though, I think you can find some meatless recipes everyone loves so much they won&#039;t miss the meat. I&#039;m glad I could help.</description>

		<description>Ok, I voted for no meatless meals, but I wish I could put an asterisk by it!  We are trying to do 1 meatless meal, but it&#039;s really hard.  My hubby grew up in a large family and meat and potatoes were normal, even for breakfast!  He&#039;s a tough nut to crack sometimes.  We had squash and black bean soup the other day, but when we ate the leftovers we threw in some chicken.  I agreed that it tasted better!  Anyway, your posts about meatless meals have further inspired me.  We plan to keep trying =)</description>
