The caps that come on laundry detergent bottles aren&#8217;t always recyclable, but they are reusable. 
Laura at Thrifty Fun contributed a nice set of instructions on how to make Recycled Wind Clackers. Visit Thrifty Fun for the complete instructions.   
This is a fun project to complete with kids since it teaches the value of reuse. The items needed for the project include a peanut butter jar lid and four liquid laundry bottle caps. 
Since some drilling is involved, adults will need to help with this project.
