Tap Project: Help Kids When You Eat Out This Week

We talk a lot about how being environmentally friendly can help make our water cleaner, but there’s a large problem lurking out there. According to Tap Project, “lack of clean and accessible drinking water is the second largest worldwide killer of children under five.”
That’s why Tap Project is helping UNICEF provide safe drinking water for children worldwide. And it’s extra easy for you to help this week.
Now through Saturday, March 22 (United Nations’ World Water Day), participating restaurants will invite their customers to donate a minimum of $1 for a glass of water that would normally be free. …read more
