Being that it’s the most sticky sweet of all the sticky sweet holidays soon, I figured I’d share this recipie I found over at …..So Sinful It’s Sweet.
Organic Vegan Green Granny Smith Cupcakes
One this recipe has pecans which I hate, and thus will be omitting, AND I really hope that for the sake of the planet you use reusable muffin cups vs. the paper ones shown in the images. That said, green apple cupcakes are totally intriguing – even to doesn’t bake much me. The streusel topping looks like an especially decadent touch.
