Meatless Meals: How to Cook Everything Vegetarian

One resource I chose to help me with my quest to eat more meatless meals is Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. I have owned his How to Cook Everything for years and have been greatly impressed. I won’t exactly call this a cookbook for dummies, but Bittman explains everything. And I do mean everything, but it’s not insulting. I like it. He also tells you which recipes are vegan and which are vegetarian.

Meatless Meals: Posts This Week

This week I’m going to serve a series of posts about meatless meals. I’m not a vegetarian, but I am currently trying to eat more meatless meals. I don’t eat that much meat as is, but I have found myself struggling to come up with recipes that don’t focus on meat. And I get tired of chicken.
I’m won’t try to convince you to become a vegetarian, but I’ll hopefully inspire you to incorporate more meatless meals into your cooking routine. And, if you’re a vegetarian, please leave us some comments on your favorite meals.
