How to handle death threats related to the global warming issue

So, I’m not sure if you’re aware, since this is a nice family-minded blog, but whenever I post about global warming, the hate mail / comments start.
I get three basic kinds of hate mail or comments related to global warming:
Good hate mail: Nice smart hate mail or comments with decent arguments and respectful comments (these folks just don’t agree with me). I post these comments and try to respond to the emails.

Go ahead and say, “Screw Earth Day” if you want
Just a quick head’s up folks. Long time readers here at Tree Hugging Family may know that each year I post my ambivalence towards Earth Day. Am I on board? Is it enough? Not enough? Should we ban it all together?
Each year I tend to land more on the side that says, “One day is bull; every day should be Earth Day” so I was happily surprised to see the Grist campaign this year – Screw Earth Day!.
