Part of greening your yard is choosing the correct plants. By choosing varied plants that are well adapted to your specific eco-system for where you live you can accomplish a few things:
You create an environment that’s more likely to thrive on its own; thus requiring less evasive care and nurturing.

Well, I was going to discuss compost for green soil renovations today but Peggy did a little something like that today already. Cool beans – because less work for me…
Actually we could write about nothing but compost; it’s a large topic. Since you may be newer to composting though let’s not get nuts. Here are some basic tips about how compost can improve your soil.
Mainly, the gist of compost, is that it helps your soil to absorb rainwater and supports growth.

With spring coming up fast, I figured we’d skip the interior green audit this week, and look at some green yard renovations.
