Plant a tree & lose that tummy fat even when it’s cold!

Ok, maybe it’s not as simple as planting a tree; you’re gonna need more cardio! Still, planting a couple of trees burns about 300 calories. Take a tree filled forest hike, you’ll burn even more – up to 400 calories per hour (walk faster though, this isn’t a stroll).
