It’s green wedding month here at THF, and earlier we looked at some vintage and casual green wedding dresses. However, if you’re looking for something a little more traditional, you still do have green options.

Quick Eco Wedding Tip: Greenest Wedding Gown
The greenest wedding gown may not be organic, or hemp, or even made under very green circumstances. However, if you fit into your mother’s gown, and like the dress, this is the greenest option of all, because it requires no new use of materials or energy to make.
If your mother’s dress is not an option wedding consignment shop is the next best thing. Buying used, for an item, you’ll only wear once (hopefully) is your best green bet, when it comes to wedding gowns.
