Summer Scrub Down Contest - Win Natural Body Care Products!

by Jennifer on June 16th, 2008

As promised earlier, here’s the low-down on our new bubbly fun summer contest. Let’s keep this contest post short and sweet.

What you can win:

Four lucky winners will receive a wonderful gift pack from Manor Hall Soap Company. While soap flavors will vary, each of our winners will receive a gift pack containing the following - a full size classic soap bar, liquid hand soap and a complexion bar.

soap-giveaway.jpg

Now, I’m not going to get into company info and product reviews yet; but I will say that my son Cedar and I have been trying out some Manor Hall Soap products and we love them (and we are PICKY about our soaps). You’ll love this prize, trust me. During the duration of this contest, I’ll be posting company information and product reviews; so look for those later.

Contest duration:

Now through July 14th 2008, midnight, West coast time.

Who can enter:

Anyone who lives in the United States; so long as you don’t write this blog (i.e. Peggy or I).

How to enter:

  1. Please visit our sponsor’s website: Manor Hall Soap Company.
  2. Choose one product that you think looks cool.
  3. Tell us in this post’s comment area what that cool product is.

That’s it. The rules are simple. If you don’t follow them, we’ll delete your comment and get on with our lives.

Rules if you win:

On July 15th I’ll post four winners. I’ll email you for your mailing information. If you don’t email me with your information within five days, I’ll award this super cool prize to an alternate winner. Why? Well, we’ve had some issue with people emailing us back for contests. If you don’t want to give us your address please don’t waste our time by entering. We do need an address or we can’t send a prize, it’s that simple.

Good luck! As noted look for plenty of reviews about this company in the upcoming weeks. Including one by my own little, who is hyper enthused about these soaps.

Man, this is a tough one. I checked out the whole site and it was hard to choose a favorite. I saved the bars to check out last, but I found what I would order first…the Summer Chai bar soap.

A lot of these products look fantastic! I want to try everything, but topping the list is probably the Evening Primrose Moisturizing Facial Bar. I have to resist the urge to load up on more natural body products, it’s one of my great weaknesses.

My lips are shrivelling up, so I checked out the Lip Skippers lip balms. They all look amazing. I love that they are petroleum-free. I’m totally tempted by the Orange-Ginger Glow, although my lips could probably use the Mend Blend more. I got hungry just reading the ingredients of the Wild Coffee Roast.

Or Facial Cleansing Grains in Lavender & Rose? Or the Summer Chai bar soap? This is all neat stuff. And the fact that it is vegan-friendly is just awesome. Thanks for introducing us to this product line.

OMG! My Very Very Very favorite is the Honey Me Smooth bar - (which is on the July Freebie list by the way) and my second very very favorite is the Sesame Ginger Me -oooh, yeah.
I love your soap - love it - love it - love it. I made me own soap for years and yours is just as good - strong scent, lots of suds and the additives, like seeds and flowers are perfectly blended in - not floating topside. Great products!!! I’m so happy I found you guys.

Out and Out Shea w/ Lavender

After being rear-ended in an auto accident almost 4 years ago, I still have painful flare-ups in my neck, jaw, and shoulders. My chiropractor always uses a Shea butter product to work on my poor, tired neck and jaw muscles. The addition of lavender would be an awesome touch for relaxation of both mind and muscle.

    Highly recommended!
