Patagonia: Men’s Organic Clothing
March 26, 2008 by Peggy
Yesterday we looked at Apparel of the Earth, a nice place to find men’s organic cotton clothing.
Now, let’s wander over to Patagonia. They are a bit more pricey than Apparel of the Earth, and you can’t assume all of their organic clothing is 100% organic cotton (some of it is a blend). They are still worth checking out, unless you’re just a total city slicker.
M’s World Trout T-Shirt in fresh clover
Perhaps you don’t admire fish as much as I do, but if you do, here’s your chance to score a 100% organic cotton shirt and help the Midwest Driftless Area Restoration Project and the Balkan Trout Restoration Group. (Five dollars from the sale of each shirt is split between these two groups.)
M’s Long-Sleeved Steersman Shirt in rain
This crepe-like 100% organic cotton shirt helps promote cooling by lifting off the skin. It’s magic.
M’s Long-Sleeved Island Hopper Shirt in dried apricot
Hmm, the chest pockets are sized for a fly box. This shirt is 65% polyester and 35% organic cotton. If shopping online, be sure to click on “More Info” to see just how much organic cotton is included in a particular product.
Don’t miss The Footprint Chronicles, which helps you track the impact of a specific Patagonia product.
