Kids, Design a Trick-or-Treat Bag for ChicoBag!

June 14, 2008 by Peggy

Green Halloween is a non-profit, grassroots movement to create more sustainable holiday traditions, and they’ve teamed up with a great reusable bag maker: ChicoBag.

chicobag1.jpegGreen Halloween and ChicoBag are giving kids the opportunity to create art to be featured on reusable trick-or-treat bags sold across the US. The contest is open to kids ages 1-13. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the trick-or-treat bags will be donated to Treeswing, a non-profit organization that promotes healthy eating and lifestyle habits for children.

Important: The winning design will capture the essence of what a “Green Halloween” means. You don’t have to be a young Picasso to win!

To enter the contest, start thinking eco-Halloween, and go to Green Halloween/ChicoBag Contest for all the details.

Hurry, the deadline for entering is Sunday, June 22, 2008!
