Use the toilet roll as a photo stand by fastening a photo to it with a double tape. :)

I know this is awhile after the original post, but I know you're always looking for good ways to reuse toilet paper tubes... I found this great project online to make sidewalk chalk from plaster of paris and powdered tempra and use toilet paper tubes as the molds - http://www.thekidstoystore.com/reforhoartsu.html

This isn't a permanent reuse as you need to tear the roll off the dried piece of sidewalk chalk to get to the chalk, but it's a great reuse before recycling the tubes.

I use toilet paper tubes as cat toys. The kitties do like them just emptied but they adore the toilet paper tubes cut up a little bit. It makes them more fun to bat around.

Most Americans don't use Christmas crackers. I know what they are though, and saw some cool sets around the web this year. Homemade crackers is one good reuse idea.

I hope not! Although one might argue that we are a little odd. I've done somewhat better lately too, but not perfect.

LOL. Maybe they won't think we're too weird for comparing cats and babies.

I've done better with the TP. I've put two rolls in the recycling bin recently.

Oh, I don't do napkin rings either.

Great post!
