I bought the set of 8 for my 12 yr. old daughter as a gift. She absolutely loves them. The saleswoman who sold these to me told me she bought them for her grandson who is 4 yrs. old and he proceeded to write all over the walls with them. Unfortunately, they are not washable according to her angry daughter! My DD also uses a makeup pencil sharpener.

I think you may be able to use a large shapener. I have used makeup pencil sharpeners on some of my larger pencils. Worked great.

I’d expect that Marye. They are absolutely beautiful to look at.

Peggy, you need a big fat knife! At least that’s what I’m guessing. I doubt you’re going to stick them in a pencil sharpener. It’s hard to tell how thick they are but most of the time drawing pencils that you sharpen with a knife are pretty soft. I’m wondering if these are too.
