There is a clinic nearby for expecting moms with low income. Many of them can't afford to buy extras for their kids, so we've been taking the stuff we have over. While the kids are in the office with their moms, they can pick out a toy (or a few) and books, too. Gives me and the girls warm fuzzies knowing were helping others feel good. Especially when you see a little girl or boy cuddling a new stuffed toy they otherwise wouldn't have gotten. I’ve found a way to get rid of a ton of my kid’s extra toys without fighting with them.
