I like to shop for food! I guess it’s b/c I like to eat. The grocery store is my favorite place to hang out, read labels, see what kind of interesting brands they have. There’s a lot of food I’ve never tried and since I don’t really know how to cook, I don’t dare buy something unless I know what I’m going to do w/it! At any rate, I’m interested in the book, too!

Plants and seeds. I adore shopping for these, but I want to get more into buying heirloom varieties because they’re better for the planet and help save almost extinct varieties.

I love shopping online for trendy but ecofriendly clothing…I find a lot on ebay from India (rayon) or cotton that are hand crafted. Hemp fashions last forever, so I often buy them used. My latest purchase is a green pair of footwear…earth shoes. Haven’t tried them before but I am so excited to get them!

I really don’t like shopping as an activity. But if I’m in the mood and the moon is in the right phase, then shopping for clothes for myself can be fun. But I rarely want to spend the money on myself and shopping for food is always more fun and satisfying.

My favorite thing to shop for is produce. I love the colors, varieties, tastes– the entire experience and the anticipation of trying new combinations too. Recently I discovered grilling veggies and have tried a bunch of fruits too. What a fun discovery! Opened a whole new tasty alternative.
