		<description>Lea, I can&#039;t give you a definite answer, but I do know that fragrance doesn&#039;t always mean phthalates. The problem is that some companies hide stuff within fragrances because they aren&#039;t forced to say what that means. The ingredients for P&amp;N do say fragrance (parfum). 

Also, the soap is supposed to be 98% natural.  

If I find more info, I&#039;ll let you know.</description>
